Supplements shipped by FedEx 3-5 Business Day.

FTI Private Label and FTI Supplements (by DFH) cannot be combined for shipping. Each product category will have their own shipping cost. Customers can purchase both product types but will incur TWO separate shipping charges.

Orders submitted before 1 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on any given weekday will be processed and shipped out on the very same day.

Should you place your order after 1 PM EST on a Friday, please be advised that it will be ordered and shipped the following Monday

Please also note that order processing will be slightly delayed during long weekends or public holidays. Your order will be placed the next business day following the holiday.

No additional guarantees or timelines are provided for back-ordered items unless explicitly stated. Additionally, not refunds for backordered items are made due to the nature of the healthcare supplement fulfillment industry.
