I have always been the person who tries to muscle through injuries and pain. However, since my concussion 21 months ago, I couldn’t do that at all. I needed support and help to move through my pain. I discovered 10 Movements that Melt Muscle Tension! It has changed my pain and my brain. I have faithfully done the exercises every morning. Even though it has only been 15 days, there is already a physical difference with my body. At first, the exercises were difficult physically and mentally, but they are becoming easier with each time. Who would have thought that spreading my toes would be so tough?
