Cancellation Policy Overview:

Our courses are non-refundable. We recognize that unforeseen circumstances can occur and strive to offer flexibility to accommodate such situations. If you are unable to attend a course for which you have registered, you have the following options:

  • Transfer to Another Date: Subject to availability, you may transfer your registration to another session of the same course. This option is available up to one day before the course start date. Please contact our support team to arrange this.
  • Credit Towards a Future Course: Alternatively, you can apply your payment as a credit towards any other course we offer. This credit will be valid for two years from the date of the original course registration.

Procedure for Managing Cancellations

  • To initiate a transfer or to apply for credit, please get in touch with our customer service team at info@simonefortier.com
  • Provide your registration details and specify your preferred option (transfer or credit until another course date is confirmed).
  • Our team will guide you through the process and provide any additional information needed.

Additional Information:

  • Should we need to cancel or change a course date for any reason, registrants will immediately have the option to either be transferred to the next available session of the same course or to apply their fees towards enrollment in any other available course of their choice.
  • Note that changes to registrations made by the registrant may be subject to administrative fees of 500 dollars.
