Breakthrough Fascia & Brain Healing: Exclusive Treatment for Concussion, mTBI, and Chronic Pain

Simone Fortier has survived six concussions of her own. Not read about them. Not studied them from the outside. Lived them — the fog, the light sensitivity, the years of being told the tests were “normal” while nothing felt normal at all.

That is not a biography detail. It is the reason the treatment you are about to read about exists.

Simone built Dynamic Brain Healing™ and her private treatment practice because the standard path — rest, medication, wait it out — did not work on her own body, and it was not working on the athletes, executives, and patients who kept finding their way to her table. What she built instead is now the reason professional athletes, Olympians, and people in chronic pain seek her out specifically, and the reason practicing therapists travel to become her students.

Why Book Treatment or Training With Simone

N

Exclusive Expertise

Three decades of clinical refinement have produced treatment protocols you will not find taught elsewhere — designed specifically for effective pain relief and recovery from concussion and mTBI, not adapted from generic massage or physical-therapy training.
N

Holistic Approach

This is not symptom management. Every session is built to promote whole-system wellness, create change that holds after you leave the table, and give you the tools to navigate your life with the vitality and energy a healthy nervous system is supposed to provide.
N

Personalized Care

No two patients present the same restriction, the same history, or the same nervous system. Simone’s approach is built around your case specifically — your history, your pain levels, your recovery goals — not a standardized protocol applied regardless of who is on the table.

Why Choose Simone

Simone Fortier, founder of the Fascia Training Institute

Simone Fortier

Founder. Creator. Healer. Master Trainer. The Authority on Brain and Fascial Health.

Simone Fortier did not adopt a method. She built one. Over 30 years of clinical work, she created Dynamic Brain Healing™, Quantum NeuroFascial Release™, and the Brain Reset Program because the existing standard of care was not resolving what was in front of her: complex chronic pain, mTBI, and fascial restriction so deep that other practitioners had already tried and failed.

She does not manage symptoms. She heals — and she measures it. Her systems-level approach restores bodily function and performance to a level most patients had stopped believing was possible. It is why elite athletes fly in specifically to get on her table, and why practicing physical therapists, athletic therapists, osteopaths, and massage therapists seek her out as their master trainer — not for a continuing-education credit, but to work at her level.

“It’s everything in one — fascia attaches to all structures. I see the bigger picture, and I work backward into a specific spot.”
— Simone Fortier

✓ Founder & Creator. Creator of Dynamic Brain Healing™, Quantum NeuroFascial Release™, and the Brain Reset Program — original clinical systems, not licensed techniques borrowed from someone else’s framework.

✓ Trusted by Elite Athletes. Sought out by professionals across the NFL, NHL, MLB, PGA Tour, and Olympic programs, where results are the only acceptable outcome.

✓ Master Trainer & Brain Health Authority. The practitioner other practitioners train under. Founder of the Fascia Training Institute, mentoring the therapists who want her results in their own hands.

The Science Behind the Results

Fascia is a continuous sheet of connective tissue that extends throughout your entire body — imagine a nylon suit, seamless, with no beginning and no end, running from the front of your forehead to the bottom of your toes. It is also, by tensile strength, one of the most powerful tissues you have: up to 2,000 pounds per square inch. When that tissue is healthy, it transmits force, protects structures, and allows fluid to move freely. When it is restricted — from injury, trauma, surgery, or chronic guarding — it does not stay contained to one spot. It pulls on everything connected to it, which, because fascia is continuous, means everything.

This is why myofascial pain shows up as deep muscular aches, discomfort that intensifies the longer it goes unaddressed, and the trigger points and “knots” that patients describe as spasms or restrictions. Foundational pain research from figures like Dr. Janet Travell — work referenced by institutions including the Mayo Clinic — has long pointed to fascia and trigger points as central to how chronic pain actually behaves in the body. Myofascial work is mild, gentle, sustained engagement — not aggressive force — and it produces a permanent change: a profound and lasting effect on the body rather than a temporary release that returns by the following week.

This is the same principle behind Simone’s brain-specific work. The fascia surrounding the cranium and running through the neck and upper body governs whether cerebrospinal fluid can move freely — which is why concussion symptoms, mTBI, and chronic head pain so often trace back to fascial restriction rather than the injury site alone.

Who This Helps

Simone’s private practice treats two categories of patients: those recovering from brain injury, and those in chronic pain that hasn’t responded to standard care. Many patients are both.

Concussion, mTBI, and Neurological

✓ Concussion symptoms and persistent post-concussion syndrome
✓ Mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI)
✓ Whiplash, recent or chronic
✓ Neurological dysfunction
✓ Brain fog and cognitive slowdown

Chronic Pain

✓ Back pain
✓ Neck and hip pain
✓ Headaches and migraines
✓ TMJ
✓ Carpal tunnel
✓ Sciatic pain
✓ Disc pain
✓ Fibromyalgia
✓ Scar tissue and post-surgical restriction

Women’s Health

✓ Mastectomy pain and post-surgical restriction
✓ Menstrual problems and endometriosis
✓ Urinary frequency and incontinence
✓ Irritable bowel
✓ Lymphedema
✓ Infertility-related fascial restriction

If you have already tried rest, medication, and standard physical therapy and you are still not yourself, that is not a sign there is nothing left to try. It is a sign no one has yet addressed the fascia.

Real Results, In Their Words

I’m astounded by the transformation in my golf performance. At 62, not only am I free from pain, but I’m also playing the best golf I’ve had in two decades.

Frequently Asked Questions

What conditions does Simone Fortier treat?
Concussion symptoms, mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI), chronic pain including back, neck, hip, and headache pain, TMJ, fibromyalgia, post-surgical scar restriction, and women’s health conditions including mastectomy-related restriction, endometriosis, and lymphedema.
Is treatment available in person or online?
Both. Hands-on treatment is available in person in Canada. Online support is available for patients in the US. The free 15-minute consultation is the first step to determining which format fits your situation.
How is this different from regular massage therapy or physical therapy?
Simone’s approach is fascia-based and systems-level rather than location-specific. Instead of treating the site of pain in isolation, treatment addresses the continuous fascial network — and, where relevant, the cerebrospinal fluid dynamics governing brain recovery — that is actually driving the symptom. Sessions use gentle, sustained engagement rather than aggressive force, producing change that holds rather than temporary relief.
Who is this treatment for?
Patients recovering from concussion or mTBI, patients with chronic pain that hasn’t resolved with standard care, and practitioners — physical therapists, athletic therapists, osteopaths, and massage therapists — who want to train directly under Simone to bring this level of results into their own practice.
How do I book?
Start with a free 15-minute consultation call. There is no cost and no obligation — it’s where Simone hears your case and you find out whether this is the right next step.
