About the Fascia Training Institute
Advancing Neurofascial Clinical Education, Brain Recovery and Human Performance
The location of pain is not always the source of the problem.

The FTI Clinical Frame
When Symptoms Persist, the System Must Be Examined Differently
Every unresolved case is communicating something.
Pain that returns.
Range of motion that never fully restores.
Post-concussive symptoms that persist.
Performance that declines—even when strength, conditioning, and motivation appear intact.
The Fascia Training Institute was created to investigate and treat what conventional assessment can miss.
We examine how restrictions involving the entire fascial tissue, including cranial fascia, jaw, cervical region, rib cage, shoulders, pelvis, and extremities may influence movement, force transmission, recovery, and performance.
The Fascia Training Institute also explore how neurological and physiological load can affect regulation, cognitive function, and the body’s capacity to adapt.
This is not technique taught in isolation. It is a measurable, systems-based approach to fascia assessment and practitioner education.
FTI equips practitioners to recognize patterns others miss, assess with greater precision, and make informed clinical decisions based on measurable results.
For Practitioners
Clinical Education Built for Complex Cases
We Don’t Teach More Techniques. We Teach Practitioners to See the Entire System.
The Fascia Training Institute was founded on a clinical reality: lasting change requires more than treating the location of the symptom.
For more than 30 years, Simone Fortier has worked across chronic pain, post-concussive symptoms, neurological load, restricted movement, and elite human performance. Her work with professional and Olympic athletes, practitioners, executives, and complex cases revealed a recurring pattern: where the symptom appears is not always where the system is restricted.
FTI was created to translate those clinical findings into practical, measurable fascia training for healthcare, rehabilitation, movement, and performance professionals.
Our practitioner courses integrate fascia as a sensory and force-transmission system with movement, neurological regulation, cognitive function, and recovery. Practitioners learn to assess relationships across the body, identify patterns that isolated techniques can miss, apply precise interventions, and test the response.
The difference is measurable.
Changes in range of motion.
Changes in movement.
Changes in symptoms.
Changes in clarity, regulation, and performance.
Through Dynamic Brain Healing™, Fascia Release and Dynamic Stretch, and NeuroFascial Release training, practitioners develop more than a collection of techniques. They develop a clinical decision-making system they can integrate into their existing scope of practice.
FTI courses are designed for practitioners who want to:
* Understand the relationship between fascia, the brain, movement, and performance.
Look beyond the location of pain or restriction.
Work more effectively with complex and unresolved presentations.
Assess before intervening and test after every application.
Make clinical decisions based on the individual response.
Produce changes that can be observed, measured, and communicated.
Add a distinctive, systems-based methodology to their professional practice.
You already know how to treat. FTI teaches you how to recognize what the body has been communicating—and what others may have missed.**

Assessment
Application
Apply neurofascial systems to real presentations—not idealized cases.
Measurement

Founder
Simone Fortier
The Founder Who Built What the Field Was Missing
Simone Fortier did not enter fascia education to refine an existing model. She created the model she could not find.
As Founder of the Fascia Training Institute and creator of Dynamic Brain Healing™ and Quantum NeuroFascial Release™, Simone has spent more than three decades investigating the cases conventional approaches could not fully explain: persistent pain, restricted movement, post-concussive symptoms, cognitive changes, and performance decline without an obvious loss of strength or motivation.
Her work—shaped through complex clinical cases, original research, and experience with NFL, NHL, and Olympic athletes—identified a critical pattern:
Symptoms are outputs. The system determines the outcome.
That principle changed the question from Where does it hurt? to What is driving the system to produce this response?
Simone transformed those findings into proprietary assessment, treatment, and practitioner-education systems that connect fascia, force transmission, neurological load, brain function, movement, regulation, and recovery. Her methods are designed to produce change that can be tested, observed, and measured—not assumed.
The Fascia Training Institute is the institutional expression of that original body of work. It exists to ensure these discoveries extend beyond one practitioner, one treatment room, or one technique.
FTI develops practitioners who can recognize what others miss, understand the system behind the symptom, and make more precise decisions based on measurable human response.
