TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing any products, supplements, workshops, courses, certifications, or events offered by the Fascia Training Institute (“FTI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing, enrolling, registering, attending, or otherwise participating in any FTI product or program, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree, do not proceed with purchase or participation.
- Scope of Agreement
These Terms and Conditions apply to all Fascia Training Institute offerings, including but not limited to:
- Educational courses and certification programs
- Workshops, seminars, and live events (in-person or virtual)
- Demonstrations and practicums
- Digital content and online materials
- Supplements and physical products
- Email communications, online platforms, and private forums
This Agreement governs all current and future interactions with FTI unless otherwise stated in writing.
- No Refund Policy – Products & Supplements
All products and supplements sold by FTI are final sale.
- No refunds are issued for any reason
- No refunds for backordered items
- Results are not guaranteed
- Purchases are made at the participant’s sole discretion and risk
- Educational Disclaimer – No Guarantees
FTI provides education and training only.
- Individual outcomes vary significantly
- No guarantees are made regarding results, certification outcomes, health changes, professional success, income, or performance
- Testimonials, case examples, or success stories are not representative of typical outcomes
Your results depend on factors including—but not limited to—prior education, experience, compliance, effort, health status, and external variables beyond FTI’s control.
- No Medical, Legal, or Professional Advice
All content provided by FTI is for educational and informational purposes only.
FTI does not:
- Diagnose medical conditions
- Provide medical, legal, or financial advice
- Replace licensed healthcare, legal, or professional services
Participants must consult appropriately licensed professionals before applying any information learned through FTI programs.
- Assumption of Risk
Participation in FTI programs—including physical demonstrations, treatments, and applied learning—involves inherent risks.
By enrolling, you:
- Voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks
- Accept full responsibility for your participation and application of information
- Release FTI from liability for injuries, losses, or adverse outcomes
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
FTI shall not be liable for:
- Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
- Financial loss, personal injury, business interruption, or reputational harm
- Outcomes related to participation, non-participation, or reliance on content
- Changes, Modifications & Availability
FTI reserves the right to:
- Modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any product, course, event, or feature
- Change instructors, trainers, dates, locations, formats, or class size
- Update materials and curriculum at its sole discretion
No guarantee is made regarding continued availability of any specific offering.
- Participant Conduct & Removal
All participants must maintain professional, respectful conduct.
FTI reserves the right to immediately remove any participant—without refund—if conduct is deemed:
- Disruptive, abusive, unprofessional, or unsafe
- Disrespectful toward instructors, staff, hosts, speakers, or other participants
Removed participants:
- Forfeit all fees paid
- Forfeit access to materials, bonuses, and certification
- Have no right to reimbursement or transfer
- In-Person Training & Demonstrators
- Guests or demonstrators (“demos”) may attend only during approved demo periods
- Demos are not permitted in classrooms outside designated times
- All demos participate at their own risk and must comply with FTI policies
- Payment Plans
- The first payment is a non-refundable deposit
- Payment plans must be completed as agreed
- Missed payments incur a $20 + applicable taxes per month administration fee
- Funds collected may be held for up to 12 months
- If payment is not completed within 12 months, all funds are forfeited
Payment Default & Legal Enforcement
Failure or refusal to complete a payment plan, including chargebacks, payment reversals, stopped payments, or non-payment of scheduled installments, constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
In the event of default:
The full outstanding balance becomes immediately due and payable
Fascia Training Institute reserves the right to pursue all lawful remedies, including collection actions and civil proceedings
The participant may be responsible for reasonable administrative, collection, and legal costs incurred in enforcement
This provision is further governed by the signed Enrollment Agreement and, where applicable, the Payment Plan Agreement, which control in the event of any inconsistency.
No access, certification, or transfers are granted until payment is complete.
- Pay-In-Full Terms
- Transfers require 30 days’ written notice
- Transfers within 30 days incur a $100 + taxes rebooking fee
- No-shows result in full forfeiture
All events must be attended within 12 months of purchase, or all fees are forfeited.

- Events may be transferred to a third party for $100 + taxes
- Requests must be submitted in writing to:

- Required Documentation
All participants must complete:
- Liability waiver
- Event waiver
- Filming and media release
Failure to complete required documentation voids attendance eligibility.
- Intellectual Property & Trademark Use
Ownership
All FTI content, protocols, systems, manuals, language, and materials are the exclusive intellectual property of the Fascia Training Institute.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Dynamic Brain Healing®
- Upper Body and Lower Body Fascia Treatment Protocols
- Course manuals, videos, slides, and proprietary language
Mandatory Attribution
When referencing FTI protocols publicly, the following acknowledgment must be used:
“Dynamic Brain Healing® is a registered trademark and copyrighted protocol owned by the Fascia Training Institute.
Trademark & Copyright Symbols for all FTI Products and Courses
- ® must follow Dynamic Brain Healing®
- © may be used to denote copyrighted material
Example:
“The Dynamic Brain Healing® protocol is copyrighted © and owned by the Fascia Training Institute.”
Practitioner Disclaimer (Required)
Certified practitioners must clearly state:
“I am not the owner or creator of the Dynamic Brain Healing® protocols, Fascia Release dynamic Stretch, or Neuro Fascial Release. I am a certified practitioner authorized to offer this protocol.”
Fair Use & Permission
- Educational reference only qualifies as fair use
- Marketing, social media, or commercial use requires written permission
- Unauthorized use may result in legal action
- No Endorsements
Mention of third-party products, services, or platforms does not constitute endorsement by FTI.
- Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where FTI is registered.
All disputes shall be resolved in that jurisdiction.
- Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or participating in any FTI offering, you confirm that you:
- Have read and understood these Terms and Conditions
- Agree to be legally bound by them
- Accept full responsibility for your participation
No Guarantee of CEU Approval, Licensure Credit, or Insurance Coverage
Fascia Training Institute (“FTI”) provides educational programming only.
FTI does not guarantee and makes no representations or warranties regarding:
Approval, recognition, or acceptance of Continuing Education Units (CEUs), Continuing Competence Credits (CCCs), Professional Development Hours (PDHs), or equivalent credits by any professional association, regulatory college, licensing body, insurer, employer, or third-party organization
Acceptance of FTI programs toward initial licensure, license renewal, certification, recertification, or professional standing
Insurance coverage, reimbursement, indemnification, or recognition of services, techniques, or protocols discussed or learned through FTI programs
Approval, acceptance, and recognition of continuing education credits and insurance coverage are determined solely by the relevant professional association, regulatory authority, insurer, or governing body.
Participant Responsibility
Participants acknowledge and agree that:
It is their sole responsibility to confirm CEU eligibility, accreditation acceptance, and insurance recognition prior to enrollment
Participation in an FTI program does not create any obligation on the part of FTI to secure, apply for, or guarantee CEU approval or insurance coverage
FTI shall not be held liable for denial, limitation, or revocation of CE credits, licensure recognition, insurance coverage, or reimbursement related to participation in FTI programs
No Reliance
Enrollment in any Fascia Training Institute program is made without reliance on representations regarding CEU approval, licensure acceptance, or insurance coverage unless explicitly stated in writing by FTI.
Severability & Enforcement
This provision is severable and shall remain in full force and effect regardless of any other program descriptions, marketing language, or third-party communications.
