Upper Body & Lower Body Level 1 Fascia Courses

Coming to Phoenix, Arizona, this is for the advanced practitioner interested in digging deeper into the concepts of Fascia and how it affects performance, recovery, and injury prevention.

FTI teaches strategy and systems that are practical and straightforward approaches to fascial spacing and treatment, fascia movement exercises, and more.

Finally, learn how to instantly engage the fascia and release the fascia for improved function, mobility, and flexibility. The course will teach how to utilize manual fascial release techniques to balance posture, improve performance, release fascial restrictions, and create a fascia movement/exercise program.

7 Protocols will be presented along with 5 fascia techniques for the upper body and 7 protocols and 5 fascia techniques for the lower body along with movement exercises to treat fascia directly and indirectly for both the Upper and Lower body.

This course demonstrates the contribution of fascia, myofascial restrictions, and the brain itself to movement and strength.

The course focuses on releasing these structures with hands-on treatment or movement exercises to alleviate a patient’s/ client/athlete’s symptoms. The course consists of practical hands-on activities, fascia assessment, increasing the practitioner’s listening skills, and palpation skills.

Also, learn how to treat and release common conditions:

The Upper Body: including chronic trapezius engagement, brain fatigue, headaches, migraines, TMJ, choking/airway restrictions/trouble swallowing, anxiety, acid reflux, frozen shoulder, vagus nerve restriction, digestive issues.

The Lower body fascial release:

Will focus on restrictions in:

  2. Quads
  3. Calves
  4. Plantar fasciitis
  5. Low back pain

This program is designed to saved practitioners hands, based on the premise that less is better, get lasting results by engaging the fascia directly.
